About Mike Bisaro, AIF®
Mike joined StraightLine over two decades ago, shortly after its founding. The firm was established on the principle that individuals deserve access to fiduciary-level advice on their largest asset, their employer-sponsored retirement plan. Over the past 20+ years, Mike has been a driving force in supporting this mission and, in 2020, he and his wife, Elizabeth Bisaro, acquired the firm from its founders, continuing to advance its commitment to innovative, client-focused retirement planning. A Niche with a Purpose
While StraightLine works with employees across all types of retirement plans, 403(b) plans have become a key focus of their niche. The firm has a long history of serving participants at colleges, universities, and other nonprofit institutions, with a particular expertise within the TIAA retirement system that dominates the space. For StraightLine and its employees, serving those who serve others is both rewarding and meaningful, and it has created a natural pathway to extend the firm’s expertise and experience to the next generation of advisors studying at those institutions.
Expanding the Mission
Not resting on its laurels, StraightLine is expanding its mission by integrating financial wellness tools with traditional financial goals planning and investment advisory services for plan participants. This integrated model recognizes that each employee is on their own unique financial journey and requires advice and guidance aligned with their personal situation. By delivering this holistic approach, StraightLine is able to engage and reach a broader range of employees, helping more individuals take meaningful steps toward financial confidence and long-term security.
